This site belongs to Javier Ignacio López Orellana, in Chile. It collects very little, and only to answer you.
What I collect
If you use the contact form: your name, your email, your message and your IP address. Reading the site doesn’t require any of it.
What I use it for
To read and answer your message. The IP address is there to stop abuse: it limits each connection to five messages an hour, is kept for that hour, and appears in the notice I receive. I don’t sell your data, share it for advertising or add you to any list.
Who helps me
Cloudflare hosts the site and checks that the form is sent by a person (Turnstile). Resend delivers the email. Both act on my behalf and may process data outside Chile and Brazil, mainly in the United States.
Cookies and visits
The site sets one cookie of its own, lang, only when you choose a language, to remember it for a year. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
How long I keep it
Your message stays in my email while the conversation is useful. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what data I have about you, correct it, delete it or object to its use, under Chile’s Law 19,628 (and Law 21,719 once it takes effect) and Brazil’s LGPD. Write to [email protected] and I’ll answer within 15 days.
